2. Service Description

InstaMagic.io provides an AI-powered Instagram caption generator. Free users are limited to 5 captions daily. Premium users ($7/month or $60/year) receive unlimited captions and advanced features.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Termination

We may terminate accounts for misuse or violation of terms. Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts.
